After a night of drinking two more glasses of wine than planned AND a dinner out... I was down another 1/2 pound. I guess this working out/eating healthy thing actually works. Who would have guessed??
136.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
