took like 3 weeks to lose .5 pound! Still, I will take it!
135.5 lb Lost so far: 0.1 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Of course!!!never give up! You will feel worst. Try to add some exercises and maybe eat less calories, the weight will go off directly

I noticed we are similar, are bodies adjust just fine on no food! Ha ha ha. I'm so glad you stayed on, you are truly an inspiration!

I am trying I only have 18 pounds to go but it seems like 50 lol! If I eat hardly any carbs I’m okay and I loose more or I don’t eat-it’s so hard
