Did not have a good week....gained weight. I was taking in too many calories. I had premade my lunches for the week thought I had portioned them out correctly, guess not. Now this week, big changes. I have found some great lunch recipes, all salads :) I'll be having a proper breakfast too, no bars.
146.4 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 22.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
