I did really bad this last week. When I saw how much weight I had lost I celebrated by eating. I am going to keep track of what I eat better this week. That means that I will have to preplan and pre record anything I eat at work.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
