Good start! How are you feeling? Headache gone?

Phooka. Had another headache last night but the medical peeps said it's a common side effect for the first few days whilst my body adjusts to the sudden drop so I'm not worried.

It is, Kristiano. Keeping hydrated and your electrolytes up should help. If you can stand it, a spoonful of Marmite works wonders (I have it in hot water - great for fooling people who drink black coffee!)

Ahhh Phooka ya got to stomach the marmite then! 😅 I have only ever tried it once and good lord noooooo just no! 😅 I'm not the lover 😂 I've heard this "smart water" contains added electrolytes I just don't understand scientifically how they could do that 😕

Phooka I love marmite!!! My favourite thing to have on toast. I'd happily just eat it off the spoon 😂

I can eat it by the spoonful too. I can understand people not liking it but I should have known my Ex was a wrong 'un when he said he could take it our leave it 😂🤣

Ok I will admit I feel the same way for marmite as I do them twiglet crisp things 🤢 just no love! 😅 But I have never met anyone that "will take it or leave it" ohhh Phooka I would've done same thing honey man gotta go 😂

Love Marmite but does make my teeth itch if I have too much of it in a oner (i.e., on a spoon!). We gave, as a good-bye present to a colleague, a Marmite jar with an engraved silver top. She utterly loved it and almost cried (in fact I think she may have).
