I'm restarting on The Beck Diet, combined with Weight Watchers. Now that school is over, I have the time to concentrate on my body instead of compromising my academics. I'm planning to go to the gym a lot - unfortunately, school has been over for 2 days now and I haven't been to the gym yet. Let's look ahead though.
