Just got back from a 2 wk road trip. I knew I was eating out of control, so i reigned it in a bit. However, the last few days we ate Mexican nearly every meal and I find it nearly impossible to abstain from chips. AND the free breakfast at the hotels we carbs with a side of sugar. While I've def gained weight, there is fluid retention, as well. I'll be back in the mid 130's soon!
148.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
