Finally at goal. Funny that the loss happened while we were on a week long holiday to Gaspe PQ. Proves that KETO low carb can be managed while eating in restaurants.
228.2 lb Lost so far: 67.1 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
