Not a happy camper. Following closely. Calories good. Exercising regularly. I think I have to go back to 20 grams a day of net carbs. That seems to be the level I can lose weight at. Anything above 20, I stall. Above 30, I gain.
285.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 85.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Today your "net" carbs are only 16! It is carbs minus fiber to equal your net carbs. Great work!
