I'm hoping this is going to stay off. Focusing on exercising and eating healthy. I really want to be 138 by July 4 for a Party weekend on the Colorado River!
141.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
