Just hanging in there at this same weight, up half a pound, then down half a pound. I haven't gotten a real workout in since we've been back, and I'm sure that's part of my problem. We also had a birthday party, a housewarming party, and a cookout to attend, so obviously I haven't been the strictest about my diet over the weekend. Oh well. This is a marathon, not a sprint, and I am as focused as ever on getting myself healthy in the long-term, which will definitely include parties and treats every now and then. I doubt I'll have time for a workout today, so tomorrow will have to be the day to get back on track with exercise. I'm still celebrating the fact that I didn't gain while I was on vacation!
