Well well well, the holiday's weight gain is gone, quicker than expected. I tend to retain water during holidays, maybe that is why the weigh went so quickly? I'm back to the usual low carb, low cal diet. Still, 17 kgs to go.
Goal for the end of June: Go down to 76Kg (-1.4kg)
