Had a lot of stress this week with my Dad being in the hospital, his wife making me VERY upset, and him having surgery. I also had a late dinner last night. Hopefully next week there will be a little extra weight loss.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 100.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
