On Saturday we went to the renaissance festival, and I wasn't able to get exact calories for everything I ate, nor was I able to plan ahead of time what I ate. I chose items from SparkPeople that were close, but I don't really know that was accurate. Also, with all of the walking around we did, I was too tired by the end of the day to do my fitness ladder.
