Hacker's Diet, week 2. A couple of days this week, I actually had fewer calories than I was supposed to. The first time it was because I had used some old calculations for one of my food groups (garlic bread, I think) and by the time I realized that it was calculated too high, I was too full to eat anymore. The second time was yesterday. I didn't have access to my usual online tools (because of doing a full factory reset of my computer and trying to get Windows all updated) and I didn't find out until late that I was below my goal again. I noticed that both times when this happened, then the next day, I actually weighed in heavier than I did the day before!

Diet followed reasonably well.
