Went to a bday party at D&B. I ate a couple of ribs- no sauce and a slider with no bun. It was delicious! But My macros were off. Too much protein not enough fat.
180.6 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
