BP: 133/76 BMI: 29.6 (Overweight)

I have been eating out way too much and taking in too much sodium, but finally starting to settle into a normal routine after the move. I have abig ride planned this weekend and very much looking forward to it.
218.4 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
