After a bit of depression due to some family trouble and lack of stability I finally realized I need to get my butt into gear. I used to love running and at the start of college I was 130 lb, I gained 30 lbs! I eat well most days but when I get down I have no motivation to exercise. I also work at a pre school so when the kids eat I eat to demonstrate good manners and habits but eating every hour and a half is not healthy! So here's my first step towards accountability and moving away from that "obese" marker!

Baby steps....I know how you feel I lost 30 pounds about 4 years. Over time with family stuff, life etc...I’ve gained it all back. My weight loss this time has been very slow but it’s working. Just take it one day at a time. Take your lunch with you fill it with healthy snacks, if you can food prep for the week. I’ve been really getting into the food prep and it helps me. And if you go outside with the kids play follow the leader take them on a mini walk it will get you moving. Just don’t do to much all at once ease into it! We are all here to if you need to vent! Good luck :)

Thanks everyone. And I do run around with the kids when we go outside, I dance during movement, I even do baby yoga with them to calm them down before nap. Plus lifting 18+ kids for diaper changes. So I hope it'll help keeping track of everything to eat less junk.
