got to get this under control. after 5 years no gluten or sugar I went back to it. the weight came back at the speed of light. today I made the decision not to eat sugar. I have a party tonight where I think they will have cake. I might just leave when the 🍰 gets sliced. I'm driving separate so that way if I need to leave I can.
292.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm so sorry. It's a really hard cycle to break if/when we start back. Maybe take something with you to the party that you know you can have that can reduce temptation.

thank you for the comment and your support. I just made the decision not to go to the party tonight. I feel pretty good about that. Instead I'm going to stay home and plan out my meals. And then plan a trip to go to the grocery store.
