So first weigh in for a few weeks and luckily only up 4lbs (was up that much after the first week). I've had a hard time getting back into my exercise groove after my Aikido dojo was shut down from the fire department and my chiropractor said no working out for a week.
I should be getting back on a roll today though ... so far so good.
