Good for you down a pound. It’s hard to drop those pounds so when I see a pound drop with me I get excited!

Thank you so much! Looks like you've been losing pretty fast yourself! Every 5 lbs Im gonna celebrate with a buffet. That's exactly where I am right now!

Good for you. I’m getting- there another 30 or so to go and hoping I don’t hit a plateau lol! I’d celebrate too. It’s hard to loose that weight for sure.

30 Pounds!? I cant even see it in your face, you are so beautiful. Yeah, I think I regret eating 1600 calories on my 5 lb loss celebration! I went up 2 lbs overnight, and now need to eat like 630 cal for 3 more days to even out my weekly average. (Not gonna happen) Oh well, next week. I read too that its not a plateau until at least two weeks of same weight. Good to know.

I know 30 pounds seems a lot but it’s where I was at years ago before I gained all this. I guess I’ll see how I feel as I loose it slowly. I’m always up and down too and I get so angry when I’m loosing and then I’m up a pound or two the next day. I know it’s water retention too and good to know about the plateau. I think your doing well too. Thanks for the support and kind words.
