Dave Whitaker's Journal, 06 June 2018

Hm, i wanted to see a bit of a bigger change considering i havent had sugar all week, i've been walking for about 2hours a day, and i've drank nothing but water, (except the odd tea in the mornings and evenings) and eaten like a rabbit.

A loss is a loss though i guess. Lets hope next week is the same outcome
207.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

there's not so many calories in sugar tbh. is it 30cal per teaspoon? something like that. but it's good to cut for your health for sure. it's a really great loss you've had. so don't fret!

thanks guys, i guess its not too bad. @Yasmine, before i used to have 3 sugars in coffee, about 5-10 times a day lol. I don't think it was doing me any favours.

Me too Dave! I've gone down to 1/2 a tsp and 4 cups. I can't have no sugar cause the coffee will make me feel sick.

That's a big loss .. nothing to be disappointed about. The walk will take time to make a difference if its a new change
