Decided to go for a chicken stirfry
chopped a bunch of veggies up n threw them in a pan with some chicken with some light soy sauce
Tasted really nice

+ i have some for the next few days, 4 portions, with rice or something

That looks great! Stir fries are a fantastic way of getting in plenty of veg when you're not keen on salad.
