Cant workout so I've really been watching the food intake. On my 2nd day of a mini juice fast. Might do it for a week. We'll see. Back is feeling better so might try surfing this evening. Hope all goes well. I'm going stir crazy not being able to workout!
200.2 lb Lost so far: 32.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
