Constipation anyone? Well, I'm eating considerably less food therefore less bowel movements. I decided to take Senokot last night, went to toilet today and voila I'm half a kilo lighter.
This is a reminder of how important is to drink 2-3 liters of water per day. I'm struggling with that, I just forget or don't feel thirsty.
I think in my case water plays a big role in weight loss and reduces constipation. Maybe not everybody is the same.

Congratulations on your movements, both on the scales and otherwise ;) I tend to drink 3-4 litres per day and definitely notice if I don't. The other day, I read that we should drink 1 litre for every 20kg and I have been known to reach 5 litres so perhaps there's something in it. Obviously, it needs to be spread throughout the day and not all at once! Lol :)

I drink a lot in the day but do suffer from constipation. I use chia seeds in water on a fasting day and in coconut milk or yogurt on an eating day

You are meant to drink water even if aren't thirsty. Thirst is the body's way of telling you it desperately needs water, so just sip on it all day. You will be surprised how much you can drink by absentmindedly sipping.
