I just got back from my backpacking trip to the Winds in Wyoming. We had a great time! A lot of hiking with a pretty heavy pack. We hiked close to 35 miles. I was pretty please with my performance and I hung with Wes as much as I wanted to. We ate the normal backpacking fare with a lot of fish mixed in. I spent a couple of days with my mom helping her out. It was kind of sad for me and it made me realize how much I miss my dad. I'll start my workouts and Cal counting again this week. I'm planning on lifting 3 days a week (P90X) with 2 days of any kind of cardio I want.
