Had a great exercise day yesterday (hiking w/a lot of scrambling over rocks, plus food shopping, plus toting bags of gear), but otherwise ate like a pig all weekend (more "celebrating"), and regular walks were somewhat interrupted last week. Back on the wagon, you! It goes on better than it comes off, but not at a worrisome rate. I know how to do this.
