I stuck to my dieet pretty much but the challenge came yesterdaynight when ALL my friends decided to have a bbq!!! I have awsome friends but boy oh boy they love to cook and eat!!! Love them to bits and I joined in on the feast! I am very surprised to find that I actually lost weight!
268.5 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 87.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That is one of my biggest challenges, staying away from food socially! I have friends that love to cook and eat too.. all you can do is eat something healthy before you go so you're not starved and also just eat a little... not big out... that's so hard for me to watch, to pay attention to what I'm putting into my mouth! Good job on the loss!
