My workout yesterday was 2 - 6 mile rides with weight training between. I lost almost 5 lbs of water weight. Drank 4 liters plus of water.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
