Still eating a plant based whole foods diet.. love it more and more.. I actually look forward to going home and cooking up new recipes.. However I need to get back into daily exercises instead of once a week.. I thank my boyfriend everyday for motivating me and being my workout partner..
105.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
