I am pursuing a new career and in order to do that I hae started College. I haven't had the time to do my workouts with my gruelling schedule of working full time and and going to school part time, but hopefully my body can get used to the new change and I will be on my way to my daily workouts once again. I am still eating very healthy and have not gained any weight, however, I do feel a little flabby. This weekend my boyfriend and I are headed to Las Vagas Nevada for some fun.

Still eating a plant based whole foods diet.. love it more and more.. I actually look forward to going home and cooking up new recipes.. However I need to get back into daily exercises instead of once a week.. I thank my boyfriend everyday for motivating me and being my workout partner..

sticking to the whole foods plant based diet. my migraines are gone and I'm losing weight without evenr really trying.. i was working out daily for months before vacation but haven't been lately, however no weight gain. :) getting back to my daily workouts and heading out for a hike today..
