We'll ate just exactly what I wanted and logged it in for Melanie. Now I am making adjustments to try to eat more protein and follow the Pr4otein Type of oxidation program. I already feel better.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
