I must remind myself wars are not won in a day but one battle at a time. The weight is still inching its way off my body, it feels as slow as a slug, but it keeps coming off.

Your right...it's the battle that's importaint, it we wish to win the war...but I'm with you...it seems really un-fair that what went on so easy and fast, takes so long to take off. Oh well it's off to the trenches...at least we're not fighting alone.
