Blood sugar still higher than I want (110). I don't see how it reflects my diet and exercise compared to the first week that I started checking it. It has been higher since my Dr. appointment. Wonder if it is about something else. Although I like to see a lower number on the scale I think it is partially dehydration from working in the yard.
