I have joined a local 90-day Workout Challenge. It is painfully challenging, but I am so happy to be getting my a** kicked with some good friends and a BEAST of a personal trainer. I got down to 217 and then lost focus on my eating and working out. I gained four pounds over the course of one month, but I have rededicated myself to my eating program and to working out. I expect that my results will be good over the next few weeks because I am being held accountable by my workout buddies, and I don't want to "waste" my hardcore workouts by overeating bad food. I am attempting to lower my RDI to 1600 from 1800 while increasing my physical activity. I guess I am really trying to combine all my good habits with this new workout program to get optimum results. I will keep y'all posted.
220.7 lb Lost so far: 19.3 lb.    Still to go: 30.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
