plateau again, seem to be bouncing between 227 and 225. been focusing on keto but seems that other elements are still in my diet. chicken wing, not breaded are still fried in vegetable oil which is not good. to much cheese will stall my weight loss. so discovering when eating out what may seem safe is actually bad... veggie Oil is terrible and everyone uses it for cooking.
