Good progress, started weighing in more often, ones a day, not good.. getting disappointed with i don't lose a kilo everyday, i will go back to weighing in ones a week now!
325.2 lb Lost so far: 62.8 lb.    Still to go: 104.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
