Its Ramadan. So Im not eating or drinking throughout the day.
After Iftaar:
Feel like eating more but if I do, I'm going to find it hard to concentrate in Tahajjud. Or get lazy to pray it. I should get up to pray now but I'm procrastinating and where there is procrastination there is a restless heart. tasks pile up in my head and when I do that, I just turn to food.
152.6 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
