A poor diet, lots of stress, no exercise = moodiness, madness and weight gain.....
Hey there my fat secret friends. Its been a year that I haven't logged on, as you can see i've gone back to my start weight, (even gained an extra pound) But my bday is around the corner and i'm thinking it would be nice to actually fit comfortably in my undies and jeans again. So w/out further ado I shall try to start the fatsmash phase 1 and check in w/ everyone. At least once a week. Hope your all doing well. Take care*
152.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

I know you can do this...you did it once, just keep telling yourself that! I am on a roller coaster ride myself right now. Just when I think I am doing good, I hit a wall. My step son graduates this weekend so after this it is on....we both can do this!!! Positive waves!
