1385 kcal Fat: 38.76g | Prot: 60.73g | Carb: 126.47g.   Breakfast: kellogg's special k multigrain oats & honey, blue diamond vanilla almond milk, coffee. Lunch: Oikos Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt, del monte diced pears no added sugar, blue diamond chocolate almond milk, Fiber Therapy. Dinner: Broccoli, sirloin steak, Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked). Snacks/Other: mini ice cream sandwich, almonds, merlot wine. more...
