My goal of 195 for the month is near. Stretch goal is to maintain around but below that until the end of the month. Super stretch goal is 190, but not aiming too high for the moment.
195.1 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 25.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
