So happy I have lost a total of 7lbs that’s half a stone just need to lose another 7 that’s the goal and I won’t stop I might have a treat on Saturday but that is all was thinking I might get hash browns from Mcdonalds and make a lasagne for dinner but we will see !
207.6 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 41.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
