I have always struggled with my weight. Ever since I was 8 and got diagnosed with epilepsy. The medication I had to take caused severe nightmares and weight gain. Followed by early onset hypothyroidism at 15 which cause rapid weight gain and left me maintaining a weight I wasn’t happy with for years. It finally changed when I was going to uni and was in a size 20 and knew this had to change. I worked really hard at 18years of age and got to a size 14 top and 16 bottom. This has fluctuated over the years but more or less stayed the same. I turn 30 in March and want to step into my 30’s with my best foot forward and less weight on my feet in general ! Even it’s the minimum loss of 5lbs a month it’s a loss nevertheless and I am determined to get down to a normal BMI weight range for once in my adult life ! Looking forward to the new me !
