So I want to lose 3 stone in total over the next 3 months I don’t know if it’s possible but I wanna try ! I’m on a 90 Day diet let’s see if it works !
209.8 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 43.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
