Exercise GYM workout is pretty much the same.
1. Walking for an hour at lunch 3 miles
2. Elliptical 1 hour
3. Walking at 4 MPH on threadmill
4. Elliptical 1 hour

Rested completely on Saturday 3/8/08.

Waist is at 34", still need to go 4 inches down to fit my clothes.

Medium/Large shirts looks nice... need to fit comfortably in Medium.


154.5 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
