Today is a good day. Been watching all week, what I have bee eating. Only splurred a little yesterday. Hopefull this weekend I can try to maintain my weight and not cheat.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
