Im irritated w this scale because in the same 5 minutes I can step on it and get 3 totally different numbers. First time I stepped on it, it was 125!! Might be investing in my own scale real soon here!! Any suggestions on a good one??
127.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

There may be nothing wrong with you scale. Try just weighing yourself first thing in the morning and that should be your true weight. Your weight will change through out the day. So when you roll out of bed go to the scale and weigh in then. Let me know if this helps.
