I need constant motivation...
Hi my name is Danielle and I am 26 and needing a boost of energy and confidence....I need motivation to keep going and I know I can reach my goal! I am down 4 pounds already and it hasn't even been a week. It's weird though, because I am by no means starving myself or doing strenuous work outs. I am just eating healthy and not overeating. It has made a huge difference and I can already feel my stomach bloating decreasing from lack of sodium overload!! What can I say, I love salt!

So i accidently added two foods that I was looking up recipes for and cant figure out how to delte them off my food count....someone help me!!
