Salads and dressings
For people who like salads here is an easy way to cut the calories.

Mix all the cream dressing like ranch with milk 50/50 and all the other kinds with water or vinegar 50/50. enhance with spices to make a richer taste and you have half the calories. Very Happy

Yes I take my weight X's 7 and that is working for me so far this week.
