my family and I were playing with the scales, weighing ourselves, and I dropped almost another full lb. So far it seems the diet is working, and I'm not even exercising that well. I can feel the weight coming off. I do feel a bit lighter and my joints aren't hurting as bad if even at all. Thank Rhonda and Bruce for helping and showing me this diet.
